Saju Thomson
Chairman

Saju is a MBA from Nova Southeastern University, Florida, and with years of experience in managing and growing businesses from ground up. Saju was an integral part in managing the fulfillment responsibility at Aptech Corporation, a $45 million revenue company.

He has an arcane drive for exceeding expectations and strives continually to accomplish his goals with agility and dexterity. His educational and professional background spanning across multiple continents, including places in US, Middle East and India has helped Saju understand people from diverse culture and individual personalities.

As the Vice President of Operations, Saju initiated MBE “Management By Example” style of management at Aptech. Teamwork, dedication and commitment to the growth of the organization is encouraged and rewarded. Like any leader of high performance teams, Saju provides personal attention to each and every member of his team ensuring the highest level of performance and satisfaction to deliver highly synergistic results. His efforts have resulted in an intristically-motivated workforce driven by the strategic growth of the organization.

As an endeavor to maintain his well honed personality, Saju is pursuing Executive Management Program at the Harvard University.


Bridgette Noel, PHR
Senior Vice President - Human Resources

Bridgette brings to Vatsa a wealth of experience and knowledge in the human resources field.

Before joining the Vatsa team, she was vice president of Human Resources for Aptech Corporation, where she was responsible for the worldwide human resources department. She also designed and implemented all HR-related programs and led the worldwide integration of all HR-functions.

Earlier in her career, Bridgette shouldered the HR responsibility at ManorCare Healthcare - a large retirement home healthcare service provider.

She holds a bachelor's degree from Illinois State University, Normal, Illinois and completed the Professional in Human Resources certification demonstrating her mastery of the HR body of knowledge and her acceptance of the challenge to stay informed of new developments in the HR field.
