Dial-In Dictation

In Dial-In dictation, voice is easily captured via telephone from home, office, payphone or cell phone. The captured voice is saved as data which is used by our transcriptionists and also available as a data file for your future reference, which can be accessed by you anytime, from anywhere.

Once you dial-in all you need is: your PIN . Our Interactive Voice Response(IVR) system's voice menus will quickly walk you through the recording process. Once you have recorded your voice, you can review, edit, re-record, or delete your dictation. Our telephonic dictation system handles voice processing, compression, & encryption. Once you have finished recording, our digital system will convert your dictation to a voice file and automatically forward it to the Vatsa transcription service manager for transcription processing and delivery.

While selecting Dial - In dictation method, you can choose from our legacy Toll Free dialing solution and Local Number dialing solution, or from our newly launched - PBX Dial-In solution.
