Saju is a MBA from Nova Southeastern University, Florida, and with years of experience in managing and growing businesses from ground up. Saju was an integral part in managing the fulfillment responsibility at Aptech Corporation, a $45 million revenue company.

He has an arcane drive for exceeding expectations and strives continually to accomplish his goals with agility and dexterity. His educational and professional background spanning across multiple continents, including places in US, Middle East and India has helped Saju understand people from diverse culture and individual personalities.

As the Vice President of Operations, Saju initiated MBE “Management By Example” style of management at Aptech. Teamwork, dedication and commitment to the growth of the organization is encouraged and rewarded. Like any leader of high performance teams, Saju provides personal attention to each and every member of his team ensuring the highest level of performance and satisfaction to deliver highly synergistic results. His efforts have resulted in an intristically-motivated workforce driven by the strategic growth of the organization.

As an endeavor to maintain his well honed personality, Saju is pursuing Executive Management Program at the Harvard University.

Sangeet has proven expertise in heading operations for global organizations and has hands on experience in establishing operations through being sustainable and profitable companies worldwide. He currently oversees operations of a software development company focused on exporting to the United States. His recent accomplishments include launching of a global exports company in Ghana which is currently exporting gold, cashews, teak, cotton and other commodities to buyers all over the world. He has also established indenting facilities for rough diamond traders in Ghana. He also actively involved with export and imports of finished garments, pharmaceutical products, yarn and stainless steel, while setting up of operational facilities in Russia, Bangladesh and several European countries. Sangeet has also established several financing companies across the world, providing venture through mezzanine financing for business.

Sangeet strives to achieve the highest level of operational efficiency in all his endeavors and his expertise and proven methodologies in global operations provides his ventures with a firm global foundation.

Sangeet holds a Masters Degree from Northern Illinois University, Dekalb, Illinois.

Amar has over 20 years experience in the service industry, including hands on experience in building and managing service firms. He is one of the principals of Vakil Holdings, LLC, a private equity firm in Chicago, Illinois.

His past experience includes building a ground up technology company to create a $45 million multinational group. He has served as the CEO and CSO of Aptech Corporation, and also held managerial positions at Ameritech, IBM Global Services, Syntel and Computility.

Amar attended Stanford University’s Executive Program and also holds a degree in engineering from Bombay University. He is actively involved with non-profit organizations and actively serves on the board of several companies.
